Currently, we are developing technology to offer cryptocurrencies as a tender option. Although today, cryptocurrencies are viewed largely as a speculative investment, we have seen evidence of it eventually becoming a legitimate option for the payment of goods and services in everyday life. By late fourth quarter 2024, Lightning On-Line POS as well as Lightning E-Commerce will be able to accept Cryptocurrency payments from their customers In-Store and Online.
In-Store
Using our Enhanced Pole Displays, Retail Merchants will be able to allow their customers to use the Crypto Wallet app on their phones to scan a QR code from the Pole.
Online
On Lightning enabled E-Commerce sites, the site will display a QR code within the Shopping Cart which the shopper will scan with their camera.
The merchant will receive the US dollar tender in his account.
All transaction commissions and fees will be charged to the Cryptocurrency owner.
Unlike credit card transactions, there are no risks for chargebacks and no transactions fees for the merchant.
