 Computer Perfect loves all customers of its Lightning Online POS solutions systems and wants to ensure that your operations are prepared for Hurricane XXX which is set to hit some regions of the US. The key is to remember that even if your internet is knocked out by the Hurricane, your business operations need not grind to a complete halt. Not if you are adequately prepared.

 Computer Perfect has drawn up a simple three step plan to help protect your POS transaction processes in the event of an emergency that impacts the internet.

LIGHTNING 3 STEP PLAN OF ACTION 

​Computer Perfect will always ensure we have a full staff on hand when a severe weather event is forecast that could cause you any grief. Our Severe Weather Advisory Action Plan, includes the following notification system.

Comprehensive Communications​

- Email Blasts/Newsletters via Constant Contact Each stores System Administrator, will receive our action plan a few days of the event.

- Pop-ups on the Lightning system. All users, in all regions, will encounter a pop-up at login, which has an expiration date, alerting them that our Severe Weather Advisory Action Plan is in place.

- Posts on Facebook, Twitter and Website. We will also post on these platforms.

- Via phone and email. Our staff is always available to answer any of your questions, including reviewing your internal action plan.
 
Remember, be prepared or be hit!  There is no substitute for being prepared.
