At the start of the year, we entered into a comprehensive agreement with delivery.com which will allow Lightning users access to their delivery services.
This new interface is similar to our Drizly and Mini Bar interfaces, but will expand our delivery service capability to businesses outside the wines and spirits space. Thus enabling us to offer delivery options to all retail users of Lightning Online Point of Sale.
The integration will also support:
Are you carrying excess inventory and unnecessarily incurring heavy carrying costs? Or worse still, are you carrying too little inventory and finding yourself out of stock and having to turn away customers? The goal is to optimize your inventory and no one understands this better than Lightning. Built for your retail environment, Lightning Online Point of Sale allows you to track inventory across multiple locations and set low stock alerts or date reminders.
Lightning's robust inventory control and reporting helps you analyse products, down to the sizes, to spot most profitable, best margins, top sellers, worse sellers.....There is time to act, when the data is presented clearly.
Lightning is very easily configurable to scale with the company and can be mixed and matched. Auto reorder also accommodates case and unit ordering, and multiplier buttons further simplify the process, based on previous sales trends if needed.
The data is there, so let Lightning assist you.
Thomas Greco had the privilege of addressing (once again) the members of the Wine & Spirits Guild of America at their biannual meet in New York on Friday October 27, 2019. Here is a short video excerpt of his presentation. Enjoy!
Mahatma Gandhi once said “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.”
When you care for your customers, it shows. We, at Computer Perfect live by the axiom that a delighted customer is a loyal customer. And, we strive to delight not only by giving them a great product but by being extremely responsive to their needs. Over the years we have invested significant amounts in our technology platform and put in place back end systems to ensure that customers get instant support, seven days a week.
Our belief in putting the customer first has paid rich dividends.
re you familiar with these two screens? If you or your employees are not, chances are your store is not adequately prepared for an internet outage. And. since Lightning Online Point of Sale runs on your store's internet connection, an outage could potentially bring your business to a halt.
For the switch over process to move smoothly, Emergency Mode requires setup prior to an emergency/internet outage. And, your employees need to be trained in advance! Training is not available at the time of an emergency, as it is too late. Click the link button below to check out the actions you need to take to ready your store and your employees to effectively use the Lightning Emergency mode.
