clicking the "Remote Desktop Support" picture above
you will be connected to Computer Perfect's office. If your
having problems with your computer system you will be given
an "option" to allow one of our support engineers
to remotely control your computer to resolve the reported
issue. |

a. Click on "Microsoft Java Download"
or "Sun Java Virtual Machine Download" below
and select "Save". Place this on your computer
where it will be easily accessible. (Probably your desktop)

b. After downloading is complete, click on the file
where you have saved it.
|
c. You will be asked if you want to install Java. Click
Yes.
|
d. You will be asked to accept the license agreement.
Click OK and follow Wizard instructions.

| e. Installation Completed OK will pop-up, and installation
is finished. |
