Installation Service Guidelines
* Applies to customers who are outside a radius of 120 miles of Computer Perfect's headquarters. *
Computer
Perfect training and installation specialists travel around the country
helping businesses optimize their technology investments. You will benefit
from the experience of our skilled professionals.
This document applies to all customers that are outside a 120 mile radius
of Computer Perfect's office in New Rochelle, New York who wish to request
training and/or installation by our in-house technicians at their location.
We DO NOT subcontract this work.
General
guidelines on how we conduct this service:
All travel expenses are to be paid by the customer, including:
Airfare,
train, or bus
Lodging
Meals
A
service fee of $1,100.00 (USD), per day, for the first man plus $700.00
(USD) for each additional man. A day is considered eight full working
hours. Ninety percent of all jobs require one man.
The
customer is required to complete an "objective form" which clearly documents
the goal of the overall job. Computer Perfect will assist the customer
in the completion of this form. Once completed, the form must be faxed
to (914) 633-8968. Upon request will be send you our objective
form.
Based
on the job details, via the objective form, Computer Perfect will be
able to provide a hard estimate for the length and cost of the job.
The
customer is required to have the items listed below. If the customer
does not have these items, Computer Perfect will provide and install
them.
Symantec
PC Anywhere remote communication software - $89.00
An
approved backup sub system - such as:
Iomega
ZIP Drive
Iomega REV Drive
Traven
Technology
Etc.
Customer
is expected to backup every night!
Internet Service (Dial up is sufficient, however, a broadband
connection is highly recommended.)
