STEP 1 - Check the CC terminal's IP address (e.g. 192.168.0.1) by tapping the top section of the screen.
STEP 2 - Copy or verify that the IP address matches the one on the computer screen.
STEP 3 - Click the 'Edit' on your Windows computer to manually enter these values.
STEP 4 - When you click update the system will automatically re-initialize your device.
NOTE: If the IP address on your credit card device is all 0's then reboot the credit card device.
